FOUNDER & CEO
Born to a French mother, Kelli always had an interest in French culture, even though she grew up in West Texas. After earning a degree in design, she moved to NYC where she first discovered macarons. Upon moving back to Texas, she decided to teach herself how to make them in her apartment, and after much practice, she mastered the art. She saw a macaron-shaped void in the Dallas food scene, and decided to start her own company selling the proprietary macarons she baked. These days, Kelli can be found dreaming up new and exciting ideas for Savor, and teaching weekly baking classes. To date, she has taught thousands of people how to successfully bake French macarons, and loves being able to share her passion with the world in this way.
Kelli is obsessed with black and white everything, has an inherited cat named Skittles, and will never pass up a margarita!
This Ohio-native joined the Savor baking team in September of 2017. Her organizational skills, creativity, and knack for flavors quickly moved her up the ranks to be Savor’s Head Baker. Although she has a degree in Engineering from Purdue, she is most at home in the kitchen and loves that she’s not spending her days sitting at a desk.
Amber loves animals and currently has two cats, Elton and Lucy, and a Boston terrier named Layla. She also loves Patrick, her amazing fiancé, who she will marry at a vineyard in June of 2019.
